PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (WJLA) — Forty-two years after Dan Helsel was born in an unusual place, history repeated itself.
This time, though, he had a different role.
Helsel, an EMT, recently helped deliver a newborn baby girl in the back of a Prince George's County ambulance– 42 years to the day of when he was born in the back of a Prince George's County ambulance on the side of the Beltway.
After apparently arriving at a hospital, Helsel, the mother of the newborn and the newborn posed for a photo, which was shared on Twitter with the mother's permission.
Both the mother and baby girl, named Zoey, were in good health following the latter's birth.
