Man disguised as woman wanted for burglary and credit card fraud, police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) - Fresno police are on the lookout for Michael Allen Fisher, 28, who they say is involved in "large-scale burglary and credit card fraud."

Investigators say Fisher and Zachary Neugebauer used a stolen American Express card to try to make a $200 purchase. Neugebauer had used the same card 40 minutes earlier at a different store, according to police. Detectives say he gave the stolen card to Fisher.

Police say Fisher has felony warrants for his arrest and is "on the run from probation."

According to a news release from the Fresno Police Department, Fisher is a male, but is "described as dressing as a female" and using the name "Mariah Fisher."

Police describe Fisher as 5-foot-4 and 140 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has tattoos reading "Thumper" on his back and "Jeremy" on his left hand.
