The frightening and bizarre moments were all caught on cellphone video. The incident happened last week after a crash on US 95.
The cellphone video shows the strange road rage incident unfold. The footage reveals the suspect and a license plate.
The video could lead to an arrest, but the woman's name still remains a mystery.
"First, she tried to pull her pants down," said Adrian Rodriguez. "But since my truck was lifted, she saw that we couldn't see, so that's when she flashed us."
Rodriguez was ready and rolling as he came face to face with the irate driver.
"I mean, what was she thinking? What was the point in doing that?" Rodriguez asked. "She was going crazy."
Rodriguez's family was in the car with him.
What you don't see are the moments leading up to the bizarre confrontation.
"She was using the emergency lane to bypass traffic. She was almost hitting cars. That's when she tried to cut in front of me and that's when it happened," said Rodriguez. "She was angry for a little bit, then she calmed down. Then she got angry. She went behind my truck, took a picture of my plates."
A few minutes later, the woman disappeared.
"She just got in the car and just took off. She almost hit a couple cars, too, when she took off," explained Rodriguez.
The woman is still on the loose. Rodriguez wants her caught and cuffed.
"A person like that shouldn't be behind the wheel," he noted.
The unnamed woman could face a number of felony charges.
