PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Five adorable puppies met their raisers at the Wells Fargo Center in downtown Portland Friday.
The pups will return to the Guide Dogs for the Blind facility in Boring, Oregon after 13-15 months with their raiser, to then be paired off with a visually impaired person.
